I have more than one child can I add photos of all of them to my cart before checkout?
Yes some products can be combined into one cart. In the top right corner you can log-in to another students gallery by clicking View Another Gallery. You will need their access code to log-in please use our form to request it if you don’t already have it.
I purchased a digital download now what?
You will be emailed a direct download link to the email address used at checkout shortly after order completion. If you added any retouching options your file(s) will be sent out once the system closes for ordering.
I’ve clicked place order and nothing happened - or - I received a decline notification!
FIRST STEP - Make sure the address entered at checkout perfectly matches the billing address for your card.
Also check:
That your bank is not placing a fraud block.
Be sure you are not putting in any spaces when entering the card number.
That you are using a standard locally issued Master or Visa Debit (or) Credit Card that you would use on other online retailers.
You are not using the specialty HSBC “Bermuda Card” or Butterfield's “Island Card” products that are used for purchases only in Bermuda - these cards will not work.
Can I just use cash/cheque?
Sorry no, in order to keep track of the volume of orders we receive we must have everything run through our online system. We do accept all major credit cards and debit cards in the secure online check-out. If you are having major issues please reach out via email: orders@schooltog.com.
Can I drop ship to my family overseas?
YES! Sharing is caring and we have included the options to direct ship to loved ones in the US or Canada for a flat fee - just select the shipping option at checkout.
When and where will the photos be delivered?
We strive to have print packages delivered to your school before the Winter break. The Schools Administration will dispatch individual packages directly to your student. Since print packages are shipped internationally this can be affected by unforeseen delays in customs and shipping - in this unlikely event packages will be distributed when schools return in January.
